ConsumerWhat motivates a person to behave in a certain way, or to have certain habits—like drinking coffee every day? What can we learn about our customers from data and research? The specialty coffee consumer does not fit into a box and can not be classified by one demographic, but we can strive to learn more about what coffee drinkers want and why they want it.
