Christopher H. Hendon is a theoretical chemist who obtained his BSc. Adv. (HONS) at Monash University, his Ph.D. at the University of Bath, and is presently a Postdoctoral scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Within the coffee industry Christopher takes a ‘ground up’ approach to teaching and elucidating chemical and physical phenomena encountered by the coffee professional. He is the co-author of ‘Water For Coffee’ and several coffee-related peer-reviewed publications, and constantly works to merge his academic and coffee interests.
